Any issues or disputes regarding the services provided must be resolved directly with the service provider. Savvy Home Consultants shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the services provided by the service providers.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence before hiring a service provider referred by Savvy Home Consultants. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the credentials, licenses, insurance, and references of any service provider. Savvy Home Consultants does not endorse or guarantee any service provider’s qualifications or performance.

5. Indemnification

By using our referral services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savvy Home Consultants, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service providers or any services they perform.

6. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.
